Participants in general entries for the role of 2022/23 submit two separate requests: the first for the selection of provincial competition class / position type; the other for the choice of schools. Procedure for general registration

The procedure relating to ordinary entry into the role as of 2022/23 is computerized and is divided into two phases:

  1. in Before (in progress), the hopeful “summonee” submits via online instances questions for choicein order of preference, of the provincial competition class/type of venue;
  2. in secondagain through Online Instances, present questions for choice of the headquarters applicants who have been assigned the provincial class / site type of the competition, at the outcome of the first instance.

Submission of application: what steps to take (the article briefly states what steps the aspirant must take to submit the application).

Question choice schools

Upon the outcome of the first application, the applicants who have been assigned the provincial class of the competition/place type (and therefore now identified as the recipients of the appointment) are therefore “called” to the presentation of‘application “Computerization of agreements in role – expression of headquarters’ preferences”through which you indicate, in order of preference, the places/schools to be allotted.

We have already published a first guide to images showing how to fill in the different sections of the application and how to carry out all the necessary steps: from access to submission. Now let’s see how to specifically fill in the section “Priority selection of place referred to in Law 104/92” in the same application (the precedents referred to in Law 104/92 do not actually apply in the first, but in the second phase of the procedure for placement in the ordinary role.)

Priority 104/92

Priority system

The Operating Instructions targeting appointments in the 2022/23 role provide information on the priorities to be used in allocating the seat/school to the teachers identified by the GM and GaE. In view of the aforementioned indications, the candidates will have priority (in order) awarded to the candidates if:

  1. to Article 21 of Law 104/92 (applicants with disabilities and with a degree of disability of more than two thirds or with disabilities registered in the first, second and third categories of Table A, which is annexed to Law No. 648/1950);
  2. Article 33, subsection 6, of Act 104/92 (applicants with severe disabilities);
  3. Section 33, subsection 5 and 7, of Law No. 104/92 (applicants assisting persons with severe disabilities: child; legal protection; brother/sister, if the parents of the severely disabled person have disappeared or are totally disabled);
  4. Section 33, subsection 5 and 7, of Act No. 104/92 (applicants assisting persons with severe disabilities: spouse; parent).

Completion of online application

Once you have accessed the application (here all the useful information), among the sections to be completed (for those who benefit from the intended benefits) is the one called “Priority selection of place according to Act 104/92“. The section has four fieldsof which only one must be completed, depending on the precedence used, and a common partwhich must complete all the beneficiaries of that precedence.

The fields are in priority order (as indicated above) and are as follows (we report them individually):

  • the first field must be checked by applicants with disabilities and with a higher degree of disability than two-thirds or with disabilities registered in the first, second and third categories in table A attached to law no. 648/1950, applicants referred to in art. 21 of Act 104/92; in addition to ticking the field, the municipality of residence must be indicated:

  • the second field must be checked by applicants with severe disabilities as referred to in Article 33, paragraph 6, in Act 104/92; in addition to ticking the field, the municipality of residence must be indicated:

  • the third field must be checked by the aspirants who help the child with severe disabilities (or by the brother/sister in case of the disappearance or total incapacity of the parents or by those who exercise legal protection); in addition to ticking the box, the name, surname, place and date of birth as well as the assisted person’s place of residence or place of residence must be indicated:

  • the fourth box must be checked by applicants who are helping the spouse or parent with a serious disability; in addition to ticking the box, the name, surname, place and date of birth as well as the assisted person’s place of residence or place of residence must be indicated:

When one of the above fields is filled in, the interested party must fill in the common field (at the bottom of the page), in which it is declared that: the patient is not admitted full-time in health institutions; that there were no family members to benefit, in the academic year 2021/22, from the 3 days of monthly leave, in accordance with § 33/3 of Law 104/92, and to have asked to use the aforementioned 3 days in the same school year. In addition to checking the aforementioned declarations, the aspirant must provide the details of the disability certification (own or assisted person):

Check the declarations and indicate the details of the disability certification, the interested party must continue to attach the documentation (certifications and declarations) certifying the conditions of use of the right of way. For this purpose, the applicant can attach a single document in PDF format to the application or, if necessary, create a compressed folder. The compressed file or folder (already prepared on your PC) is attached by clicking “Choose file” (at the bottom of the page):
