Extraordinary procedure

Pursuant to section 5-ter of Legislative Decree no. 228/2021, transformed into Act no. items) first assigned to applicants who are part of the GPS support band.

How to participate in the procedure

To participate in the procedure, it is necessary to submit an application electronically via Online bodies, which must be accessed with SPID identification information or with them from the electronic identity card (CIE) or alternatively with a user
valid for access to services in the reserved area of ​​the Ministry with specific permission for the service “Online Instances (POLIS)”.

The application is presented exclusively to the province, which is included in the first support band in GPS and is the same as for the allocation of replacement positions on 30/06 and 31/08: the system will first assign the tasks aimed at the role and then replace.

What must be stated in the application

In the application, the aspirants declare:

  • to be enrolled in the first band of the provincial rankings of relief workers;
  • the types of posts for which they are entitled to participate in the procedure
  • the order of preference of educational institutions broken down by type of place; it is possible to express the location preferences also by means of a brief indication of municipalities and districts (failure to indicate some locations corresponds to waiving the same places that are not expressed);
  • consent to the processing of personal data.

We would like to point out that the statements made in the application were made in accordance with Articles 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree 445/2000, with consequent criminal liability in the event of false statements.

Exclusions and failure to evaluate the application

The following issues are not considered or assessed:

  • who do not submit the above statements;
  • presented in a way that differs from the telematic and / or after the deadline;
  • applicants who do not meet the entry requirements.

Finally, applicants whose incorrect declarations have been found when completing the application are excluded from the procedure.

Assignment of tasks

Once the applications have been submitted, the tasks assigned to the role will be assigned as part of the computerized procedure for allocating temporary staff (as of 30/06 and 31/08) according to the following phases and criteria:

  • USRs publish vacancies;
  • The USR assigns graduates to individual schools through an automated procedure based on the ranking in the ranking and in the order of the places indicated and the preferences expressed;
  • in case of indication of synthetic preferences (municipalities and districts), the preference order for the schools in the municipality and / or district is performed on the basis of the increasing alphanumeric order of the mechanographic code.

As mentioned above, the system first processes applications for the award of support tasks with a view to taking up the role and then applications for the award of temporary staff.

We specify that:

  • the allocation of one of the places (schools) indicated in the application implies acceptance of the same;
  • the person who obtains the task directed at the role may not participate in the allocation of substitutes for any competition class or type of place;
  • failure to submit the application will result in the waiver of participation in the proceedings;
  • failure to specify specific locations is intended as a dispensation for non-express locations;
  • failure to allocate the allocation for the desired types of positions and placements allows for participation in the subsequent procedures for allocating temps.
