From July 18 to 24, Bobbio will host “The Italian Espresso between heritage and contemporaneity”, an event dedicated to espresso coffee.
Medieval architecture, culture and traditions merge with one of the historical masterpieces of Made in Italy: espresso coffee. Thus was born “The Italian espresso between heritage and present”: a real fair that will include several events from 18 to 24 July. The heart of the initiative is the temporary exhibition of coffee machines set up in the convent of San Colombano di Bobbio and curated by MUMAC, the Cimbali Group Coffee Machine Museum. Sponsored by the FAI Delegation of Piacenza and the FAI Group of Bobbio, the initiative is carried out in collaboration with the City of Bobbio: The main characters are some of the most beautiful professional espresso coffee machines from the beginning of the 20th century to today.
