The teaching is open to anyone who has oneage between 7 and 14 years and that, as far as the male candidates alone are concerned, they have not already undergone the vote change. Two study groups will be formed: the first group for singers between 7 and 8 years, the second group for singers between 9 and 14 years.

The formation year 2022-2023 begins on October 18, 2022 and ends on October 15, 2023, to enable possible participation in the events within the Verdi Festival. Classes are suspended during the summer holidays between mid-June and late August. Lessons are scheduled on a weekly basis, on Tuesdays, approximately from noon. 17:00 to 18:00 for the first group and from kl. 18.00 and 19.30 for the second group. In view of teaching and / or production needs, the management can arrange for changes in the calendar and / or the schedule for the teaching, also during the year. Furthermore, in connection with the preparation and performance of opera symphonic productions or concerts, there may be a need for greater commitment in terms of frequency.
It is free to participate in the selections for enrollment at the school. Final admission to the School of Choral Singing for Children for the formative year 2022-2023 requires payment of one participation fee of € 250.00 for the first group and of € 300.00 for the second group.
The School of Choir Singing for Children aims to teach the new generations of music, by offering young students through its courses the opportunity to develop musical sensitivity, learn music theory and practice ensemble vocals.
The purpose of the training course is also to provide appropriate preparation for any subsequent admission Children’s choir in the Teatro Regio di Parma, whose goal is to develop young singers’ expressive and interpretive potential through the study of song and the deepening of music culture. He collaborates with the Teatro Regio di Parma as second choir director and stage music director, with Aslico OperaLombardia, Ravenna Festival and Macerata Opera Festival as master or second choir director. He is regularly invited to China to hold university masterclasses on the Italian opera repertoire. Since 2011 he has been conductor at the Basilica of San Marco in Milan, where he also prepares and leads the professional vocal ensemble.
He deals with the choral arrangements for the television program Crozza’s brotherscollaborated with the Celentano clan on animation Adrian and was a professor of choral singing in docu-reality Højskolen 2 was broadcast at RAI2 in the fall of 2017.
