Parco di Villa Manin, Giovanni Truppi starts on Saturday and educational workshops for children

After the magnificent evening with Marco Mengoni, Villa Manin Estate is ready for the debut of “Concerts in the Park” and educational workshops for children, scheduled for Saturday the 18th and Sunday the 19th of June.

Between now and the beginning of August there will be almost 30 appointments between concerts and activities for children, designed to animate the Villa and its park and offer opportunities for meeting and entertainment through culture. The exhibition, conceived by Erpac FVG, aims to discover and rediscover the historical-architectural heritage of the customs residence, as well as the naturalistic one in its park.

The first main character in “Concerts in the Park” will be the singer-songwriter Giovanni Truppi, one of the most original and eclectic personalities in Italian music, as well as an authentic revelation at the last Sanremo festival, presented by Amadeus as ” the heir to the wonderful school of songwriters belonging to us “and also exalted abroad by the newspaper Le Monde with these words:” There are rare musicians who are able to go from the infinitely intimate to the immensely cosmic: (. ..) Truppi is one of these “.

His concert, which is scheduled at 18.30 on Saturday 18 June, is a valuable opportunity to listen to his past, present and future music and appreciate its magic in the best way: live. His abilities as a musician, whether on piano or guitar, and his magnetism as a performer have always accompanied and perfected his rare ability to write and compose, recognized and appreciated even outside national borders.

Tickets for the “Concerts in the Park” can be purchased, for the symbolic price of 5 euros + dp, online at and at all authorized points of sale.

The absolute novelty of this edition of Villa Manin Estate is the educational workshops that aim to increase an active awareness of the villa: “The villa’s mystery – treasure hunt” at. 10:30 on Saturday will bring young visitors (from 6 to 10 years old) to discover the history, architecture and art of Villa Manin through puzzles and magnifying glasses, artistic adaptations and surprises.

On Sunday 19 June, again at 10.30, the workshop “Fantastic animals and fairies in the legendary Dogepark” will be held, which will offer an immersive experience to learn about flora, fauna, statues and chimeras in the Dog’s garden.
