Newly hired teachers GPS 2021/22, composition of the disciplinary examination commission. Component requirements

The teachers employed by the GPS’s first band in the academic year 2021/22, with a view to being admitted to the role, the scheduled disciplinary test will be held in the coming weeks. Who will the commission consist of? What are the requirements for presidents and members?

Procedure

The procedure for hiring the aforementioned teachers is the extraordinary one, which is stipulated by Legislative Decree no. 73/2021 (amended into Act no. 106/2021) and aims to cover positions left from ordinary recruitment of GaE and competitive merit placements such as 2021/22 .

These, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 73/2021 and the Executive Order no. 242/2021, the stages that lead to the employment of interested parties:

  • fixed-term employment in the academic year 2021/22 (already completed);
  • development during the academic year 2021/22, of the annual basic training and examination course referred to in Article 13 of Legislative Decree 59/2017 (nearing completion);
  • disciplinary test (consisting of an aptitude interview), after the positive evaluation of the aforementioned path, before an external commission in relation to the service school (still to be performed);
  • employment in the role from 1 September 2021 or, if later, from the start date of the service (in the academic year 2021/22) and confirmation of the role in the same school where the fixed-term service is provided and the annual course of initial training and trials takes place (there still to be performed).

We specify that:

  • in case of a negative evaluation of the initial training course and test, the same must be repeated (it can only be done once);
  • in the event of a negative judgment (ie ineligibility) in the disciplinary test, the procedure is forfeited and the contract is not converted for an indefinite period (the service provided is in any case assessed as a time-limited task).

In order to be employed, the teachers in question must therefore pass the probationary period and the disciplinary test.

Disciplinary evidence

The disciplinary test (ie the eligibility interview) will take place by 31 July 2022, subject to a positive evaluation of the annual basic training and test course. What is the disciplinary test and what to study

Commission

Article 9 of Ministerial Decree No 242/2021 provides that the assessment commissions for the disciplinary test they consist on a regional basis of staff outside the candidate’s school service institution (the one with temporary employment in the academic year 2021/22).

The commissions, we always read in the aforementioned art. 9, is established in accordance with the procedures and in accordance with the requirements of Executive Order No. 329/2019 (concerning commissions of competitions based on qualifications and examinations in kindergarten and primary school) and Ministerial Decree No. 201/2020 (where the requirements for the members of the commissions for high school qualifications and exams are indicated).

In the light of the aforementioned provisions and of what is stated in Ministerial Order No. 147/2022, the sample selection board disciplinary:

  • they are headed by a university professor or a technical leader or a school leader;
  • they consist of two teachers.

A secretary is attached to each commissionidentified among the administrative staff belonging to the second area or higher or to the corresponding areas of the education and research sector, in accordance with the correspondence in Table No. 9 attached to the Prime Minister’s Decree of 26 June 2015.

Kindergarten and primary school requirements

Presidents

To common placesaspiring presidents must have the following requirements:

  • for university professors who carry out or have carried out teaching activities in the programs in SFP;
  • for technical leaders belonging to the specific sector or performing or having performed teaching activities in the programs of the SFP;
  • for school leaders who have led or led extensive institutes or didactic circles or come from the relatives’ roles.

For support postsaspiring presidents must have the following requirements:

  • for university professors belonging to the scientific disciplinary sector MPED / 03 or who have carried out teaching activities in the specialization courses for support activities;
  • for technical managers who have gained documented experience in the field of support or carrying out or carrying out teaching activities in the specialization courses for support companies. It is preferable to have completed support activities for students with disabilities who possess specialization qualifications;
  • for school leaders who have led or led extensive institutes or didactic circles or come from the relatives’ roles. It is preferred to have completed support activities for students with disabilities who possess specialization qualifications.

Components

The professors who aspire to be appointed as commissioners of the commissions for common placethey must:

  • be confirmed teachers in the role with at least 5 years of seniority in the role, in kindergarten and primary school, respectively, according to the separate procedure to which the competition refers
  • have documented qualifications or experience regarding the use of information and communication technologies in teaching;
  • has been placed in the role of competition rankings based on qualifications and exams;
  • in the event of entering the role of GaE, be found suitable for the specific ordinary competition or have obtained the qualification to teach through the training in SFP.

The professors who aspire to be appointed as commissioners of the commissions for support postthey must:

  • be professors confirmed in the role and in possession of the specialization qualification for support for students with disabilities;
  • have served for at least 5 years in the role of support worker in pre-school or primary school, depending on the separate procedure to which the competition refers;
  • have documented qualifications or experience regarding the use of information and communication technologies in teaching.

First and second grade high school requirements

Presidents

To common placesaspiring presidents must have the following requirements:

  • for university professors belonging to or having belonged to one of the scientific disciplinary sectors that characterize the various competition classes;
  • for technical managers, belongs primarily to the specific sector;
  • for school leaders who come from the roles or leaders of the various competition classes or have direct school institutions where the competition class is present.

For support postsaspiring presidents must have the following requirements:

  • for university professors who belong to or have belonged to the scientific disciplinary sector M-PED / 03 or have carried out teaching activities in the specialization courses for support activities;
  • for technical managers, preferably have gained documented experience in the field of support or carry out or have completed teaching activities in the specialization courses for support activities. It is preferable to have completed support activities for students with disabilities who possess specialization qualifications;
  • for school administrators who manage or have instructed school institutions at the educational level in connection with the various insolvency proceedings for the primary or secondary school. It is preferred to have completed support activities for students with disabilities who possess specialization qualifications.

Components

The professors who aspire to be appointed as commissioners of the commissions for common placethey must:

  • be professors confirmed in employment, with at least five years’ service, including the pre-role provided in the institutions of the education system, in the specific competition class;
  • have documented qualifications or experience regarding the use of information and communication technologies in teaching;
  • has been placed in the role of competition rankings based on qualifications and exams;
  • in the event of entering the role of GaE, to be fit for the specific ordinary competition or to have obtained the qualification to teach through SSIS or the analogous paths in the AFAM sector;
  • for AFAM professors who belong to the academic disciplinary sector in accordance with the competition class and have served in the role for at least five years.

The professors who aspire to be appointed as commissioners of the commissions for support postthey must:

  • be professors confirmed in the role and in possession of the specialization qualification for support for students with disabilities;
  • for at least five years, including the pre-role, in the institutions of the education system have been in a support position in primary or secondary school according to the special procedure to which the competition refers;
  • have documented qualifications or experience regarding the use of information and communication technologies in teaching.
