LIVORNO – Star chefs, tasting tables both food and wine, masterclasses dedicated to dishes from the Labron area and much more in the first edition of “Eat well Drink well“Which will take place in Old fortress from 24th (opening at 3pm) to 26th June.

Food: five thematic areas
Within the historic walls of the old fortress, which are accessible thanks to the cooperation with the Port System Authority in the North Tyrrhenian Sea, the present public will be able to participate in the entire duration of the event, in tasting and food counters, divided into 5 theme areas sushi and raw seafood, cheeses, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free, cutting boards, tartar and tasty gourmet sandwiches – and wine, in the presence of producers, ready to tell about their work and the fruits of their land.
In addition, the chefs present will be changed to a significant one on Friday the 24th and Sunday the 26th of June taste relay, for the creation of star dishes, which will be paired with three different wines, in search of the perfect match, thanks to the collaboration of just as many sommelier, oenologists and sector journalists.
