competitions for 14 teachers and ATA

School of Europe in Parma, i Emilia Romagnahas launched new competitions to cover total 14 jobs between teachers and ATA staff.

The selections are open to native English and French teachers and to permanent administrative, technical and support staff.

COMPETITIONS SCHOOL OF EUROPE IN PARMA, CALLER

The competitions at the School for Europe of Parma are therefore aimed at recruiting teachers and ATA staff as specified below:


  • n. 3 seats in the mother’s bicycle seat – two-year contract, of which:
    – n. 2 English teachers in mother tongue (English speaking section);
    – n. 1 French mother tongue childhood teacher (French-speaking section).

    – n. 5 English-speaking primary school teachers as mother tongue (English-speaking section);

    – n. 2 administrative assistants;

The selection of teachers will have value for the places listed above and for the places that become vacant and vacant during the two-year period of 2022/23 and 2023/24. The selections will also have value for any time-limited assignments of a duration corresponding to or less than one school year both for full professorship hours and for hours shorter than full professorship hours.

The selection procedure for permanent ATA staff will be of value to the posts listed above and to the posts relating to the professional profiles listed in Annex 2) of the tender, which will become vacant and available during the two-year period consists of 2022/23 and 2023/24.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

To gain access to the choices listed above, competitors must own basic requirements summarized below:

  • Italian citizenship or citizenship of an EU Member State or other categories specified in the notices;
  • the enjoyment of civil and political rights;
  • involvement of active political voters;
  • absence of redundancy measures or exemption from employment in a public administration – including the School of Europe in Parma – due to persistent inadequate performance or forfeiture of state employment;
  • absence of final criminal convictions for crimes involving disqualification from public office;
  • not having been returned to major roles in a previous period abroad and / or in type I and / or II European schools due to incompatibility with staying at headquarters for reasons attributable to the person concerned;
  • General Requirements for Access to Employment in Public Administration Required by Decree of the President of the Republic of 9 May 1994, No. 487.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must also have the following specific requirements, depending on the call for applications for which they are competing:


MOTHER BIKE TEACHERS ANGLOPHON AND FRANCOPHON SECTIONS

  • staff in a mother tongue other than Italian and in particular English and French as native speakers who belongs to major bureau roles or who possesses the qualifications to teach the discipline for which he participates in the selection in a country of the European Union where the language is official or one of the official languages, with high professionalism, possesses certain pedagogical qualification obtained in Italy or in the country of origin;
  • language certification / attestation at level B2 or higher in both receptive and productive skills (listening, speaking / interacting, reading, writing) in the Common European Framework of Reference in one of the languages ​​taught in the school, other than the first language;
  • be born or resident or have the nationality of a country of the European Union or of countries which have signed bilateral agreements with Italy in the cultural and scientific sector, where the language requested is the official language or one of the official languages;
  • has not been subject to disciplinary action in excess of censorship within the past two years and / or has not been suspended from teaching for disciplinary reasons for the past two years in the foreign school system in which he has served.

TEACHERS ‘PRIMARY BIKE ANGLOPHON AND FRANCOPHON SECTIONS

  • staff in a mother tongue other than Italian and in particular English and French as native speakers who belongs to major bureau roles or who possesses the qualifications to teach the discipline for which he participates in the selection in a country of the European Union where the language is official or one of the official languages, with high professionalism, possesses certain pedagogical qualification obtained in Italy or in the country of origin;

  • has not been subject to disciplinary action in excess of censorship within the past two years and / or has not been suspended from teaching for disciplinary reasons for the past two years in the foreign school system in which he has served.

ATA STAFF

  • ATA staff belonging to major roles who have passed the probationary period and who possess the language certification / certificate at a level equal to or higher than B1 in both receptive and productive skills in the Common European Framework of Reference for Technical and Administrative Assistants and Partners , who are scholastic and equal to or higher than B2 in both receptive and productive skills in the Common European Framework of Reference for the Secretary-General in one of the languages ​​taught at the school as L2 (English, French, German) or a master’s degree in the relevant foreign language;
  • have not incurred disciplinary measures higher than the written reprimand (censorship) in 2020/21 and 2021/22.

SELECTIVE PROCEDURES

Teachers, both mothers and primary, will be selected through one interview. For graduates who have passed the oral exam, it applies assessment of qualifications.

ADMISSION APPLICATIONS

Applications for admission to the competitions at the School of Europe of Parma must be made according to the specific forms attached at the beginning of the article and must be submitted using. PEC on the address: [email protected] in the following deadlines:

  • mother tongue English and French teaching staff, mother and basic cycle: no later than 30 June 2022
  • permanent ATA staff: no later than 27 June 2022.

SUBSEQUENT COMMUNICATIONS

The exams are held at the School for Europe in Parma. All subsequent communication regarding the date and time of the interviews, each candidate will be notified at the confirmed email address provided in the application form at least 10 days before the date set for the start of the oral tests.
