The last contract for temporary uses and tasks goes back to July 2020, three-year contract 2019-2022, now expected the renewal for the three-year period 2022-2025. There is a high expectation of also knowing the fate of bound teachers, ie those who entered the role in 2020-2021 and 2021-2022, who would like to be able to take advantage of the annual mobility to get back into the family.
Reasons to request temporary transfer
It must be remembered that according toArticle 7, para. 1 of the CCNI applies 2019-2022which will apparently be confirmed, the reasons for requesting the provisional allocation of teachers at all levels will be:
- reunification with children or minors with statutory provisions;
- reunification with the spouse or part of the civil or cohabiting partner, including relatives or next of kin, provided that the stability of the cohabitation follows from a registration certificate
- the applicant’s serious health needs documented by an appropriate health certificate;
- reunion with the parent.
Here are how many preferences I can express
The preliminary assignment only one province can be requested indicates up to 20 preferences for kindergarten and primary school teachers and up to 15 preferences for teachers in
primary and secondary school with an indication of the specific school code and / or a synthetic code (municipality, district, province). The provisional transfer, as well as for the position or competition class of ownership, may also be requested for other competition classes or places at different levels of education for which the possession of the qualification is valid for professional mobility covered by the mobility contract or for another type of post for which the specific specialization qualification is occupied, without prejudice to the five-year stay on the aid, on type posts;
special or differentiated didactic address. The request for provisional allocation to other competition classes or places with different levels of education or to another type of place is further
with respect to that which relates to one’s place or class of competition for ownership. In the applications for temporary employment, support positions and special type positions compete for compliance
of the five-year service limitation on this type of seat. The preliminary assignment within the same degree or competition class precedes holders between different degrees or
competition classes, in the order indicated the operational order set out in Annex 1 of the supplementary contract for annual mobility.
Assignments for support places for those who do not have the title
Finally, the provisional allocation can also be requested for another province for support posts of teachers who do not have a specialization educationprovided they are about to finish in
specialization course on support or, in the alternative, have completed at least one year of employment – also on a time-limited basis – in a support position.
Priority shall be given to the beneficiaries of the priority referred to in points (g), (l) and (m) of point IV of Article 8 of the CCNI’s applications.
The preliminary allocation for support positions, for teachers without special qualifications, is organized as an alternative to staff with special qualifications. and only after allocating a number of places corresponding to those teachers with a supporting qualification present in GAE and GPS as well as in the relative school rankings.
Before a support position is given to a teacher who requires temporary employment without specialization, a number of support positions must be set aside, corresponding to the number of specialized teachers present in GaE and GPS.
Hopefully bound teachers
The tied teachers, or those who entered the role in 2020/2021 and 2021/2022, after having had the opportunity to submit a mobility application to CCNI signed by the CISL school alone on 27 January 2022, hope to be able to participate as well in the annual mobility 2022/2023. In June 2022, the CCNI utilization 2022-2025 is to be defined, a contract that will also regulate the provisional allocations for the three-year periods 2022/2023, 2023/2024 and 2024/2025.
