The qualification to teach in high schoolaccording to DL 36 has just arrived at Statstidende it will not be different from what was foreseen in the bills we have already reported on.
What needs to be understood is whether the enabling path will be one closed number, as in the case of TFA for aid. In fact, we read in DL 36:
The Ministry of Education assesses and notifies the Ministry of Universities and Research need for teachers for the national education system for the next three years, by type of place and by competition class, so that the basic education system for teachers generates in a fundamentally homogeneous way between the different regions a number of authorized persons sufficient to guarantee the selectivity of bankruptcy proceedings without a general or specific competition class determining a numerical correlation between qualified candidates so that the national education system is not able to absorb it.
In other words, the Mi wants to keep track of the number of qualified teachers (who will come from the initial qualifying education path), to ensure that the national system can subsequently, during the competition phase, absorb the number of professors who have won professorships.
The question is therefore: for control of the need for teachers, will we trade with the limited number during the qualification process, or will we trade in the competition phase using highly selective tests? To us, from what is written in DL 36, it seems that we are entitled to the first option.

From now on, the qualification to teach in high school will be played at the educational points, the so-called CFU, as part of a enabling path.
In fact, the student (aspiring teacher) must achieve at least during the university and academic path of undergraduate education 60 training points and must pass one final exam.
It should be noted that university or academic credit for undergraduate education for teaching is a supplement to those required to obtain a three-year degree and a master’s degree or a one-cycle master’s degree.
Which skills are covered by the qualifying course 60 ECTS?
Here is the list:
a) cultural, disciplinary, pedagogical, didactic and methodological skills, in particular inclusion, with regard to the basic knowledge core and the competence goals set for the students;
b) competencies specific to the teaching profession, in particular pedagogical, relational, evaluative, organizational and technological, integrated in a balanced way with the professional knowledge as well as with the legal competencies, in particular regarding school law;
c) ability to design flexible educational pathways tailored to students ‘abilities and talents to be promoted in the school context, to encourage critical and conscious learning and students’ acquisition of skills;
d) ability to consciously handle the tasks associated with the teaching function and with the school’s organization and professional ethics.
What is the final qualification exam?
The final entrance exam will include a written test and a simulated lesson.
Is the qualification sufficient to be placed in the role?
No. Once the final exam has been passed and the qualification obtained, the aspiring teacher cannot be automatically placed in the role. In any case, the qualification must be followed by competitionin the way we have explained at this link.
The acquisition of the qualification, that is to say, does not constitute a qualification title, nor does it confer any right with regard to recruitment in the role outside the selection procedures for access to permanent posts. On the contrary, the qualification will of course be a sufficient requirement to obtain temporary positions, ie for fixed-term contracts.
How long does the qualification last?
It is also stated in the draft law on employment the education to teach in primary and secondary schools has unlimited duration.
Can those who already possess a qualification at a competition class or other level of education obtain the qualification in other competition classes or levels of education?
Yes, but they will have to acquire 30 CFU / CFA as part of the university and academic undergraduate program, of which 20 CFU / CFA in connection with. teaching methods and technologies applied to the reference disciplines and the other 10 CFU / CFA of direct practice.
